2. General Conditions:

Customers acknowledge that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions of snazzybaby.com.au before their order is accepted.

3. Placing Orders:

3.1 Customers place orders for the purchase of goods at snazzybaby.com.au

3.2 All products are sold in Australian dollars (AUD) only

3.3 All transactions are processed in in Australian dollars (AUD) only

3.4 Each product or service contains the GST inclusive price

3.5 The purchase price is clearly identified with the Manufacturers RRP – Recommended Retail Price and the savings made by the Customer

3.6 Customers are informed of shipping costs and delivery times prior to final confirmation of their order

3.7 The Customer guarantees they are fully authorized to use the credit/debit card used for the purposes of making their order

3.8 By confirming the purchase, the Customer is accepting the Terms and Conditions of snazzybaby.com.au

3.9 No deliveries are made outside of Australia

4. Display of products on snazzybaby.com.au website:

4.1 The information given for each product listing is provided to snazzybaby.com.au by the Suppliers from whom the product has been sourced

4.2 snazzybaby.com.au will make every effort to ensure the products are described correctly.

When purchasing from Snazzy Baby your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. 7. Purchasing from our Online Store

We want you to be 100% happy with Snazzy Baby Products. If you are not happy with your purchase we will cheerfully refund your money. Snazzy Baby products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship for 120 days after purchase. Please retain your purchase receipt.

You need to send your product back within 14 days.

You will pay for the return postage. The original postage is not refundable, however in the unlikely event your purchase is faulty, we will refund your postage and replace the faulty product.

The goods must be in their original packaging, clean and undamaged. The posting package must protect the goods as the original packaging did when being shipped to you.

Please advise us at info@snazzybaby.com.au before returning your purchase.

Your credit card or Paypal will be refunded once the goods arrive at Snazzy Baby.

8. Shipping:

Your order will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of Snazzy Baby receiving it. Post throughout Australia usually takes 2-4 days and for overseas orders, please allow 5-12 days. Please contact us if you have not received your order within these times.

We use Australia Post for local and international deliveries and while we have very few problems with postal services, you should be advised we do not cover the loss of packages in the mail. If you would prefer to use an international courier service or insure your package, please contact Snazzy Baby for a quote.

9. Returns of Damaged or Defective Goods:

9.1 In the event of a product being delivered which is damaged or defective or not the product the customer has ordered: they may be returned by following this procedure:

9.2 Make contact with snazzybaby.com.au by phoning 1300 650 115 or ( email address) and obtaining a RA Number and shipping details

9.3 Return the product to snazzybaby.com.au within 5 business days of delivery of the goods

9.4 The Customer may ask snazzybaby.com.au to provide to deliver a product or service of equivalent price and quality, subject to availability , or refund the price of the product ordered. Both of these are subject to Clause 9.5 below:

9.5 In order to be fully eligible for a refund, the Customer must return the product to snazzybaby after contacting snazzybaby by email or telephone. The product must not clearly have been subjected to use. It must be returned to snazzybaby in its original packaging, in the condition delivered with no additional damage together with any instructions and documentation

9.6 Snazzybaby undertakes to offer either a refund or replacement for an identical product or service, subject to availability

9.7 Snazzybaby will pay for delivery costs providing the Customer has first contacted snazzybaby for an RA number and return instructions

10. Other Returns:

10.1 Typically all products purchased are subject to snazzybaby 5 business day return policy. Please note not all of snazzybaby suppliers allow for similar returns polices.

10.2 In the event of a return, the Customer may ask snazzybaby to deliver a product or service of equivalent quality and equivalent price subject to availability , or offer store credit for the price of the product or service ordered

10.3 In order to be eligible for a store credit the Customer must return the product at their expense, after contacting snazzybaby for an RA number. Subject to having contacted snazzybaby, the returned item must be properly protected with its original packaging in perfect condition for the purposes of resale, together with any instructions, accessories and documentation

10.4 Depending on the Customer’s choice, snazzybaby undertakes to either offer store credit, or exchange the product or service for a product or service of equivalent quality and price, subject to stock and availability

10.5 All costs involved returning the product to snazzybaby are to be met by the Customer and for any goods sent back to the Customer in exchange for the returned goods

11. Privacy Policy:

11.1 Snazzy Baby is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that’s all. Snazzy Baby uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Snazzy Baby only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.

11.3 Snazzybaby will not sell or market any personal data about its Customers to any third parties without prior consent of the Customer

11.4 Where customers have given their consent either at the point where they register their details or later on the order page to the acceptance of emails from snazzybaby, snazzybaby may send information or promotional emails to Customers

12. Copyright/Trademark Information:

The name snazzybaby and web site address www.snazzybaby.com.au, snazzybaby logos, intellectual property, trade marks and designs are the property of snazzybaby, a business registered in Australia and must not be used, adapted or altered, printed or displayed or used for any business or personal purpose without written permission by snazzybaby

13. Cancellation of Orders:

13.1 An order can only be cancelled while the sales event is live on snazzybaby.com.au

13.2 In the event that an order is cancelled, store credit only will be offered to the Customer

14. Manufacturer Warranties:

14.1 Products sold on the snazzybaby website are covered by the manufacturer or distributor warranty

14.2 For items advertised and sold with manufacturer’s warranty, snazzybaby advises Customers to contact the manufacturer or distributor for replacement or repair under the warranty terms

15. Credit Card Fraud:

Snazzybaby.com.au will not be responsible for any losses or damages suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used in an unauthorized manner

16. Cancellation of Your Account

If for any reason whatsoever you wish to cancel your account, please contact us.

17. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are enforceable under the law of New South Wales, Australia
